Hello, I’m a product designer, UX/CX research manager, and entrepreneur

I’ve been working in UX/CX since 2007. I started as a designer and researcher, then became a project manager, design and research team lead, methodologist, and mentor.

For six years, I was a co-owner of a small yet highly regarded agency that specializes in complex UX/CX qualitative research. The largest banks, telecommunications, and online retail companies, both local and international, counted on us because we produced deep, meaningful, and realistic results.

I’m an entrepreneur in nature. I rely on passionate people. I believe that details and aesthetics are crucial.

Key areas
Designing user interfaces with high ergonomic requirements and leading design teams.
Organizing research processes from scratch. As well as creating a system of continuous improvement of research practices.
Creating actionable plans to improve UX/CX. Based on research insights, competitor analysis, and expert review.
Developing beginner researchers into high level professionals. Once I found that people referred to me as a teacher, though I hardly teach: I help people build a solid system of principles and use it to achieve impressive results.
Managing and conducting complex UX/CX qualitative research. For example, a mixture of field research, in-depth interviews, and usability testing with an enormous amount of data and analysis.
